THE MANDEVILLE PARADE ACT

[Date of Commencement: 21st May, 1890]

Cap 235.

1   Short title

   This Act may be cited as the Mandeville Parade Act.

2   Power to make regulations as to the Mandeville Parade

   The Parish Council of the parish of Manchester may make regulations for the proper management and preservation of the Mandeville Parade, and may from time to time alter, add to or rescind, any such regulations:

   Provided always that no such regulations, or any alteration or amendment thereof, shall be of any force or effect until fourteen days after the same shall have been approved by the Minister and published in the Gazette.

3   Breach of regulations penalty therefore

   Any person doing any act in contravention of any regulation made by the Parish Council under this Act, and approved as aforesaid, shall, on summary conviction be liable to a penalty not exceeding ten dollars, or in default to imprisonment with or without hard labour for a term not exceeding one month.
