THE PAROCHIAL WATER WORKS CHARGES ACT

1   Short title

   This Act may be cited as the Parochial Water Works Charges Act.

2   Interpretation

   In this Act the expression "water works" means any tank, well, reservoir and any other receptacle for water or means of providing a supply of water constructed wholly or in part from moneys voted by the Legislature in the years one thousand nine hundred and twelve and one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, or to be voted in any subsequent year, for the purpose of providing a water supply in any parish or for the purpose of augmenting any existing water supply in any parish.
